Francisco Bivar Weinholtz graduated at the Lisbon Lusíada Law School in 1998 and started his activity as a trainee lawyer at the Lisbon based PLMJ Law firm.

In 2000 he was part of the team that started the Algarve branch of PLMJ and worked there until 2002 and then from 2005 to 2007.

He Speaks English and Portuguese fluently.

Francisco has is own practice since 2008 and focus his activity in Real Estate, Contract Law, Corporate Law and Litigation.

He was notminated the Honorary Consul of Norway for the Algarve in 2014.
